Lately, it’s been increasingly rare to find things in daily life that amaze and inspire me to the point where I literally stop breathing. And yes, that’s my thing — I pause breathing when something extraordinary unfolds before me.
Some time ago, those guys with their founder, illuminated my path. They inspired me with the courage to chase after my own next breathtaking thing. That pursuit led me to ZeroAvia, where I’ve experienced those breathtaking moments time and again. From the initial engine spin and successful taxi tests to multiple awards and, most notably, our first test flight. I clearly remember not breathing while capturing our testbed Dornier 228’s takeoff through my Canon lens, snapping rapid-fire shots.
While the first Starship test flight was exhilarating, it felt all too brief. However, I savoured every moment of watching (and rewatching) online this second one, lost in the marvel of it all. I still dream of witnessing one of these launches in person someday.
A heartfelt thank you to SpaceX for these breathtaking experiences!
